“We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Brisbane. Everything was great from services and room. All lovely staffs, from the front door, got a nice welcome from Quincy, not sure if I spell the name correctly. And reception Poto, great customer services. Also the amazing breakfast with great barista coffee every morning. The older lady at the restaurant was very lovey and helpful. She ensured the customer came for the breakfast had something to drink, hot coffee, or ice chocolate etc. The room is also clean and super comfy bed. Will definitely come back. “[Note: Sorry room a little messy, photos taken after use of room] Loved our stay at the Sofitel Brisbane, we were travelling with our 9 year old, so we required a separate area for him. The Sofitel were able to accommodate us in a one bedroom suite, with a trundle in the living room. Beds were comfortable, the pillows were too soft for us, but they have the option for a firm pillow at the concierge. Location was central to everything in the cbd. We utilised the scooters which you could hire using an app to move around the city some days - highly recommend, they were cheap and easy to use. The pool and gym was awesome as well, we used both daily. We would stay at the Sofitel again! The buffet breakfast was amazing, so many options with a huge variety to offer and coffee orders (or other drinks) were included as well - important for us soy drinkers. HUGE APPRECIATION to ALPHA who worked in the buffet breakfast every morning during our stay. She was extremely accommodating, her hospitality was above and beyond. She remembered our coffee orders every morning. Were loved her energy and her friendly nature. The Sofitel are so lucky to have an employee like Alpha, she is a huge asset to the team. Thank you Sofitel!”

“We stayed in a Cityscape room at Sofitel Central for 7 nights and would totally recommend, based on our experiences. After an early morning flight we arrived at the hotel hours before our due check-in: staff were delightfully welcoming and gave us access to our room immediately. This was very much appreciated as we’d were extremely tired. After a short rest we were able to explore and find our bearings in what was a first visit to the city. Door staff were consistently lovely in their efforts to help with transport on arriving and leaving the premises. And a big shout out to Liv who served us coffee and croissants each morning: she was particularly welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent! Everything is a short walk: good restaurants and cafes; Queen Street Mall with its high end retail and the stylish South Bank with its museums and theatres. And if you need an extra pillow or a blanket (as we did) it was promptly delivered after a brief request. We would return to Sofitel in a heartbeat”

“From the moment we arrived at the check-in counter, the experience was smooth and efficient. Although there were quite a few guests checking in, the wait was minimal thanks to the proficient staff. We were checked in by Rhianne, who was absolutely lovely, warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made both my wife and me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and offered a great view of the city. The new TV was a nice touch, making it easy to stream and relax with a movie in the evening. The executive lounge was a standout. The afternoon tea featured an impressive selection of cheeses and sandwiches, and the evening canapés were excellent. The complimentary cocktails and wines really elevated the experience. The jacuzzi was another highlight, especially with the perfect weather during our stay. It made for a very relaxing experience. Breakfast the following morning was exceptional. The omelette station was a highlight, serving one of the best omelettes I’ve had in a long time. Overall, a fantastic stay. Well done to the team at Sofitel Brisbane, and a special thank you to Rhianne for her outstanding service. We will definitely be back.”

After I accidentally left my daughter’s iPhone in my room, Ivan went above and beyond to help locate it. He was extremely professional, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He not only helped confirm the phone’s location but also coordinated with an Uber driver to ensure it was delivered to Brisbane Airport before my departure. His dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. This level of customer service is truly exceptional and reflects very well on Sofitel Brisbane Central. Thank you again, Ivan, for your kindness and outstanding assistance. “Stay here when I can for work. Love the experience and the food at Suzette. Food was great, love the eye fillet and thought I would spoil myself and got the crème caramel. That dish is huge and so tasty had to send it to my room to finish it off next day”
